Emma Twohey got under the skin of the UOttawa defenders after subbing in to the game but it just wasn't enough. The number one ranked team in the country was too much to handle on Sunday afternoon. The women fought hard, keeping the game scoreless at half but injuries started piling up and UOttawa would grab an early second half goal and two late game goals. Riley Gillespie-Friesen made 5 saves in the loss.
The Excalibur women's soccer team will visit Ryerson on Friday September 13th and Toronto on Sunday September 15th.
