FENCING

The Trent Fencing Club was restructured in 2013 to continue the legacy of fencing at Trent University in Peterborough. It runs both a competitive team and a club for members of all abilities. The Trent Fencing Club offers training and coaching in foil, epee and sabre. The Trent Fencing Club functions as a competitive OUA team attending tournaments from October to March.

Since restarting the team, the fencing club has grown to be a full competitive OUA team for men and women. They have won both individual and team medals at tournaments, most notably a Canadian University Gold in Men’s Epee and the George Tully Trophy.

Feel free to check out the Trent Fencing Club on their social media accounts for updated news and events.
