Excalibur Men Defeat Carleton at Home

The Excalibur men's Lacrosse team defeated the Carleton Ravens 11-8 to improve to a 2-0 record to begin the season.  

In the first quarter, Excalibur first-year Dylan James (Little Brittain) scored his second and third goals of the season, giving Trent a solid lead. Carleton responded in the second quarter, scoring four goals to take the lead. Just as the half was ending, Jordan Dool (Aurora) clawed one back thanks to an assist from James.

In the third quarter, Jack Macalpine (Oakville) would score two, with the helping hands of Edmonton raised, Dallyn Rai and Adam Hawrelak. Dool would add his second of the contest, assisted by Holden Lowes (Peterborough). The fourth quarter began with Carleton tying up the score thanks to Cam York's second goal and fourth point of the game (2G 2A). Trent would go on to score 5 in the quarter, with Lowes and Rai scoring two, and Macalpine adding another.
