STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING 

The Excalibur varsity programs feature year-round programming based on sport-specific Long-Term Athlete Development Models. This includes year-round Strength & Conditioning programs designed to educate and train our student-athletes for optimal performance in competition. These programs focus on developing strength, power, speed, agility, conditioning, flexibility, injury prevention and management, recovery, and nutrition. The Strength and Conditioning staff works with each teams' coach to identify the needs of their team and engages student-athletes to foster an environment of excellence and accountability through testing, consultation, and training.

Each of our teams receives comprehensive support from our strength and conditioning staff, working together to implement the most effective year-round training program. Through the guidance of strength training staff, student-athletes develop discipline, perseverance, goal setting, teamwork, mental toughness, and work ethic, instilling habits that support excellence on the field and lead to better and healthier lives long after graduation.
