The Trent University Excalibur Athletes of the Week for the week ending September 24^th are women’s soccer midfielder Kaitlyn Steffler, and men’s soccer midfielder Aaron Chia.

Steffler, a fourth year Concurrent Education and Biology major, had a strong weekend in Kingston on the pitch for the Excalibur. In two games, she scored two goals, and helped lead her team to their first victory of the season against RMC!

Chia, a third year Business major, dominated the field and helped the Excalibur men’s soccer team earn points in back to back games! In Sunday’s game against Queens, he had four shots and two goals, with one goal coming as an equalizer midway through the 2^nd half.

Both athletes will be back in action at Justin Chiu Stadium this Saturday, September 30^th, during Head of the Trent. Come cheer them on!
